标准库包含 TAR 写入器。TAR 只负责打包，不负责压缩；需要压缩时可以再 使用 gzip 或 zstd。当前 Zig 提供 ZIP 的解析/解压能力，而没有可移植的 ZIP 写入器，因此本例使用 TAR 并说明这一限制。
